Order to England which I received after 15 days. I ordered 3 canvas (1 customized). Packed in 2 boxis. Each canvas was wrapped on a foam stick and wrapped in foil. Readable symbols. List of symbols on both side of the pattern. Canvas, drills, glue of good quality. Tools included. Excellent communication with the seller. Reads messages quickly and responds quickly.
